My Bose SoundLink Color Bluetooth speaker stopped charging even when I plugged in the charging cable.
I looked up some solutions like 'long-pressing the multifunction button' or 'leaving it charging for more than 48 hours,' but none of them worked.
Upon checking the Bose SoundLink user manual, I found the following instructions for when the battery doesn't charge:
'The battery might be in protective mode or discharged. Connect the charging USB cable to a USB wall charger or a powered computer.'
When I tried charging it from a PC, it worked.
If your Bose SoundLink isn't charging, trying to charge it from a PC might solve the issue.
